Kiwi Jewel provides advertising services only. We are not a broker, agent, dealer, escrow service, or intermediary in transactions between buyers and sellers.

All negotiations, agreements, deliveries, and transactions take place directly between users.

2. Platform Fees & Payments

Users may be required to pay fees for:

• Posting listings
• Purchasing advertising packages
• Membership subscriptions
• Promotional services
• Adding funds to a website wallet (for platform services only)

All payments made to Kiwi Jewel are solely for platform services such as advertising, memberships, and promotional features.

The website does not process, hold, manage, or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.

Unless otherwise stated, all platform service fees are non-refundable.

3. User Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

• Does not verify gold purity, diamond grading, or gemstone certification
• Does not confirm industrial machine specifications
• Is not responsible for payment disputes, delivery issues, fraud, or contract breaches

All risks related to buying and selling remain solely with the users involved.

6. High-Value & Regulated Goods Disclaimer

Listings may include high-value or regulated goods such as:

• Diamonds and gemstones
• Refining equipment

Such goods may be subject to:
